October 2010 PDF Security Updates

October Brings us another round of Security Updates for Adobe Reader and FoxIt Reader. 

FoxIt Reader:
FoxIt released version 4.2 which fixes a security certificate issue.    We have instructions for updating FoxIt Reader.

Adobe:
Adobe released a fixes for a critical issues in Adobe Reader 8 & 9 and Adobe Acrobat 8 & 9.  

Note: In versions 8 and 9 of both Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader, there is an automatic Adobe Updater application which checks for updates and prompts users to update their software. So unless you have that Adobe Updater disabled, it should be notifying you.
